Today’s Daily Outfit comes to you from my salon! I’m not sure I’ve shown you the inside before, but this is our delightfully relaxing space. Next time you’re looking for the best eyebrows in Melbourne, make sure to call us and the lovely Eileen Harper will look after your arches.
We’re certainly not getting anything remotely like Autumn weather here at the moment, and in fact the weather man is tipping this to be our longest heat wave in recorded history! It can make you quite weary, but the other problem is how many light and airy outfits you can come up with. The ability to mix and match is essential so a few well chosen staples and fab accessories are the only things carrying me through.
These coullotes or palazzo pants, were a vintage store find a couple of years ago and haven’t even had an outing on these pages yet. The inside is a wide leg silk pant, and the voluminous polka dot chiffon gives the illusion of an airy skirt. The only tricky thing is I sometimes stand on the hem and almost knock myself over. Not terribly graceful really… but you do feel wonderfully swishy in pants like these.
